The Millionaire Moneymakers Blueprint

Step One: Make a Decision

You have to make a decision, a decided heart. “It is in the moments of decision that make your destiny happen”, says Tony Robbins. It's true because every decision you make or don't make is going to affect the destiny of your life.

Have you ever felt stuck and unclear in your business? Maybe you are at a point where you're unsure which direction to go or what offer to make. All of these struggles are because you have not decided. You have not truly decided what you want to do. You must make a decision on what service or product you want to provide to the marketplace. And you have to stick with that decision.

Don't change it because somebody else was successful over here. Stick with the first thing that you want and decide on the target audience or your ideal client.

Step Two: Move Toward Your Goal

You move toward your goal with no hesitation, because remember you've decided you have cut off all things. You have resolved it. You're coming into this and you're just moving forward. You're not going to second guess, and you're not going to go over here and change it. You're just moving forward.

Feeling stuck is an awful feeling because it's like you have these shackles on your feet and you can't go anywhere. You have all of these great ideas and these products and these services, and you know, you're meant to help people, but you can't seem to get momentum. I'm going to tell you that the best medicine for getting unstuck is to move.

Step Three:, Magnify What Works, Eliminate What Doesn't.

In step two, you take massive action. That's great. But if you do not evaluate your progress, you may be moving in the wrong direction. You don't want to do what I did for years and take the action that was making you exhausted and wanting to quit. You want to take action that moves your business forward or moves the needle toward the client, toward that financial freedom, toward that financial success. In this step, you look at what's working and you do more of it. You look at what's not working and you do less or eliminate that.

Step Four: Masterminding with Others.

All mastermind is, is a fancy word for collaborating and connecting with others who have similar interests. Once you have the decision and you're moving towards your goal, you've magnified what works, you must collaborate and connect with others so they can help you to realize what's working and what's not working.

If you don't, you're going to live in your own head. And as Tony Robbins says, “when you're in your head, you're dead”. When you have that really great idea and you want to get it out into the marketplace, but you aren't exactly sure if it's really a great idea before you can even take action on it. You have the conversation in your own head about how it's not good enough, or you will just waste your time, your money, and your efforts on something that may not work before. You know that great idea that you were so excited about? It’s dead and you're still stuck and frustrated in your business. Doubt and fear can happen because we get chopped in our own head guys. You're not the only one. We think we're inadequate until we talk to someone who's been through it and they shine a new light on the situation, a new perspective. Suddenly the task doesn't seem overwhelming or the project doesn't seem so daunting. Masterminding can help you get to where you want to go.

Step Five: Master Your Strengths and Higher Your Weaknesses.

Now, some of you might be just starting. But this step is what will really take you from overwhelmed to the promised land. Okay. This step is highly overlooked because it's overwhelming to hire. It's daunting. When I was new, I had no idea how to hire people. I was so scared of it. I actually didn't want to get grow big enough that I had to hire people. If you want to know, be transparent. That's okay. The good news here is that you only need to change one thing in this step. And that's your thinking. It's probably the hardest thing you'll ever do, but it's really, really simple.

I had this epiphany. You must start looking at this like a real business. Most businesses take out loans. They find investors and they pour money into their business because how else are you

going to grow? If you don't hire people, if you don't change your mindset, change your

thinking, you can't do that alone. Like I said, when you're in your head, you're dead.

Instead of thinking this costs how much. I started thinking, what will I gain from this investment from investing in this coach for investing in this hire, this VA hire, or this marketing company to help me what product or service or help do I need to harvest my crop or even plant my crop to really help my clients, serve my clients better.

When I started thinking this way, doors started opening ideas and opportunities started pouring in. I was able to really focus on my strengths and began the journey of hiring out my weaknesses. That allowed me so much time, freedom, relief of stress and overwhelm.
